He was a two-time All-American at the University of Northern Iowa. Greenlee was inducted into the University of Northern Iowa Athletics Hall of Fame in 2010. Williams was an NCAA champion for the University of Iowa in 1996, 1997, and 1998. He was the most recent three-time NCAA champion for the Hawkeyes. Williams was also a two-time World bronze medalist and a 2004 Olympian.

His new book called “Driven To Excellence” is about the Omaha Skutt Catholic wrestling program. Gable is the namesake of the National Wrestling Hall of Fame Dan Gable Museum. Dan Gable Day will be declared statewide by Iowa governor Terry Branstad on October 25, 2012. Gable was born on October 25, 1948. He turns 64 on the day of the presentation.

Baughman will receive the Alan Rice Leadership Award at the 2012 Alan & Gloria Rice Greco-Roman Hall of Champions on October 20 in Minneapolis.

He led the Auggies to an NCAA Division III wrestling championship in 2010. He was also a two-time NCAA champion for Augsburg.

He is best known for his work with Pro Wrestling Illustrated.

He is a former major league baseball player who played for the New York Yankees, Cleveland Indians, and Texas Rangers from 1966 to 1976. Peterson has the lowest all-time earned run average in old Yankee stadium history at 2.52 (an honor he will keep since Yankee stadium was torn down). Strobel will enter the National Wrestling Hall of Fame in Stillwater, Okla., as a Distinguished Member. He was an NCAA champion for Oregon State in 1973 and 1974. Strobel was the head wrestling coach at Lehigh from 1994 through 2008 where his teams compiled a 189-83-1 dual meet record.
