Retrograde Venus makes an ‘inferior conjunction’ to the Sun in Gemini at 13 degrees, and this is a special event known as the birthing of a New Venus. A brand new cycle is underway at 13 degrees Gemini in your natal chart, so set your intentions for manifesting what you *love* and what love means to you at this point in your journey. Venus is now a Morning Star (traveling behind the Sun) and this new cycle is activating Divine Feminine energies within each of us. Eclipse season officially began with the Gemini New Moon on May 22, so we end May with dynamic shifts as the energy continues to build until the Sagittarius Full Moon Lunr Eclipse on June 5. There is support for harmonizing two energies together, a higher expression of Gemini's duality, and to be more conscious of our thoughts and internal story creation process. Mercury enters Cancer on May 28 and will stay in this first water sign until August 7 due to the upcoming retrograde in June. A strong Gemini season is beginning now as we approach the Gemini New Moon on May 22, along with Venus retrograde and Mercury travelling together for a number of days in the third sign. The throat chakra is strongly activated, giving you the words and ideas to express what has been dormant or blocked in your life and even in your soul's journey. A powerful week is here as the Sun in Taurus trines Pluto and Jupiter in Capricorn, giving you the strength to move ahead with confidence and trust. Mars just entered Pisces, and completes a 2 year cycle that requires us to release, forgive and let go so we can prepare for the new Mars cycle that begins the end of June and goes into early January 2021. The week ahead has a lot of shifts and changes as 3 planets station retrograde, Mars enters Pisces, Mercury makes beneficial trines to outer planets and moves into Gemini, and May 7 brings the Full Moon at 17 degrees Scorpio. Saturn stations retrograde on May 10 at 2 degrees Aquarius, followed by Venus stationing retrograde on May 12 in Gemini, and Jupiter in Capricorn stationing retrograde on May, signalling a clear slowing down of energies that we are now ready for review. The transition from April to May has strong Mercury energies as the winged messenger is conjunct Uranus in Taurus at 6 degrees on April 30. May 1 is Beltane, the midway mark between the Equinox and Solstice, and reinforces Taurus themes of fertility, abundance, growth, and connection to the earth. Venus in Gemini then begins her dance with Neptune in Pisces as they make the first square at 20 degrees from May 3 to 6.  Venus is moving slowly and receiving support from Mars in Aquarius, as well as now being in mutual reception with Mercury in Taurus. There may be a lot to figure out with money, finances, relationships, commitments, and what creates stability in your world - which could be hard to find right now. But have faith as this is a necessary step in the right direction, especially if you can see it as an ongoing conversation with yourself and your renovated value system. Taurus season begins with a New Moon on April 22nd, followed by the Sun's annual conjunction to Uranus at 6 degrees Taurus on April 26. The personal planets are still dancing together, adding energy and movement to where we need to best direct our daily lives now, but Mercury is the one with all of the action. Mercury in Aries makes a difficult square to both Jupiter and Pluto in Capricorn on April 25 at 25 degrees, the same day that Pluto stations retrograde. Mercury enters stabilizing Taurus on April 27 and we shift our perceptions to the basic matters of life. Mercury squares Saturn at 2 degrees Aquarius on April 29, and then conjuncts Uranus in Taurus on April 30th. The Sun spends a few more days in Aries before grounding in to the first earth sign of the zodiac, Taurus. We shift from inspiration to manifestation, and focus on what really matters to us right now, especially as the world is changing permanently and a lot is still not clear. The Sun continues traveling through Aries, being supported by ruling planet Mars in Aquarius, which is showing us future potentials, quantum energies, and how to work with multiple timelines as we create the next path for ourselves, individually and collectively. The Sun will meet up with Pluto in Capricorn at 24 degrees on April 14 and then Jupiter in Capricorn at 25 degrees on April 15.
