Joe forgets an important anniversary. Robby is shown some appreciation from both Rob and Joe...sarcastically. A listener is paying tribute to the early episodes of the show via Twitter. Rob and Joe go on a tangent about movies and then television with the Emmys airing later in the evening. Joe names a comedy colleague with whom he finds it difficult to just hang. Rob had an exciting week in Des Moines, but Joe's too distracted to engage in a conversation about it. Joe hears the fascinating tale of a giant food item that he feels must be heard by others. Rob annoys a woman attending his comedy show when he comments on her weight. A Die Laughing cast member gets recognized at Disney World. There's a new heavy bag in the house and Tawanda gets plenty of comments when she posts photos on Facebook, but one in particular catches Rob's attention. The NFL season got off to an exciting start and a lot of stories come to light; including Joe's flub on the Ravens broadcast and David Koechner watching Super Bowl XLVIII with Aaron Rodgers. Robby and Tawanda bond over their love of a certain movie. Die Laughing Production did two great shows on Saturday in Joe's absence, although Erik did try to set the place on fire and Robby started the second show prematurely. Joe makes one of his rare appearances doing stand-up and has such a good time that he must admit to missing it. Rob and Joe discover that Erik Woodworth's wife is quick with the funny insults. Rob reveals who he would pick if faced with a choice of opening for only one of his two current star headliners. Joe wonders if Rob gets special sexual favors on his birthday. The culprit then joins the show to take his beating. A name in the chat room reminds Joe of more tales from the Longhorn Steak and Seafood days. Joe and Katie haven't given up on adopting a dog. Rob gets a last-minute call to open for Dennis Miller. The fantasy football draft is difficult for some participants. Rob gives credit, and also wants credit, when it comes the Ravens pregame show. On Saturday's show Joe speaks to a fellow broadcaster, and former NFL player, in Miami who wants to know what celebrity he resembles. Rob is going on a double-date that has Joe resentful and jealous. David Koechner is harassed by a fan who doesn't care about his numerous TV projects. Katie finds herself attracted to yet another old man. Rob looks for permission to say one black guy resembles another. Joe appears at the end of the show to talk about, and defend, his enthusiasm for Joe Flacco and the Ravens on the pre-game show. Katie returns to dish on the ladies at circuit training boot camp and tell how "Apes" diverted her attention from the X-rated sites. Joe lists the words he wasn't allowed to say as a kid. Rob and David Koechner get an invitation that proves to be far less than what was promised. Joe takes a spill, hurts his pride and loses blood. Rob runs a new murder mystery idea by Joe and Robby and an impromptu creative meeting results. Robby is thrown a lifeline by someone close to the show who might just save him from going to Atlantic City. There's more controversy brewing around Marcus and his show on the network. Rob discloses the itinerary for Joe's bachelor party and immediately one person is already irritated about the destination. A couple of recent charity shows generate stories of offended attendees, a racist close call and the announcement of Joe's death. An acquaintance of Rob and Joe makes out like a bandit in a collectible coin transaction. The saga of Gramps' "prom date" continues with an appalling turn of events. Joe loves his coffee, but his number of cups per day is nothing compared to Gramps. Katie and Joe are getting serious about losing weight before the wedding. The awkwardness of being around the ex-in-laws and former wife's new boyfriend is handled expertly by Joe when he attends his son's graduation party. Robby's girlfriend suffered from severe jet lag while at the beach, and Rob and Joe are concerned that this affected his sex life. Rob attends his first funeral and is surprised when his jokes don't work. When Joe discovers that some people think Rob is a ginger, he's determined to get to the bottom of it. Joe is concerned about his weight with respect to his future in-laws and wedding photos. Joe also announces the date and location for his nuptials. Chris Restivo has a brush with death. Rob performs in front of J-L Cauvin and his tiny girlfriend, plus some folks who like to name their kids after trees. Sadly, the show has lost another loyal listener and friend. Joe is planning the first official holiday gathering at his new home for Mother's Day. A chance meeting with an often-discussed fellow podcast personality intrudes on Joe's evening at the cinema. Rob drives all the way to Williamsburg to perform in front of 30 people and find enlightenment about having children. Rob is still tormented by his headshot dilemma and Robby's Facebook friend status is a casualty of the whole brouhaha. A couple of angry exchanges among the show personnel happened this week; one right before show time. Die Laughing Productions is dealing with some injured players following the most recent show. Joe plays it fast and loose with the check from the venue the following day. Joe sends well-wishes to a comedy colleague only to discover he's been kicked out of the country. Preparing for a rare stand-up gig, Joe writes a phony set list. Rob continues to torture himself by participating in the recurring, local tournament-style comedy competition.
