Episode 11 brings the TARC 100 Special.  We'll have an interview with Bob Crowley, who will talk TARC history, Hardrock, TARC 100 and Trail Animals, there will be interviews with 10 people running the June 14 inaugural TARC 100.  Each of these people (including myself and Mike Saporito and Bob Crowley) will be asked the same questions about preparing for the TARC 100.  After the race, each of these people will join us again to talk about how their race went.  Thanks to everybody for participating!  We'll have a Mike's Bytes segment and Mike and I will talk training and more.  This is a big episode-  I hope you will enjoy hearing from teammates, fellow runners and racers who may be able to have something that could help you in your quest for 100.  Well have men, woman, front middle and back of the packers.  Finally, there will be a very quick Pineland Farms Trail Running Festival Race report.
