In this hour of The Drive with Alan Taylor, we start off by talking Henrik Fisher’s resignation, the Cadillac Hybrid ELR, and the upcoming New York Auto Show. The second half of the hour we get to know a little bit more about Alan’s co-host Dick Messer. Dick shares some stories about his college years, his bucket list and how he started working for the Petersen Automotive Museum. To wrap up the show, Dick shares what drives him, who his heroes are and what drives him crazy.

The New York Auto Show is just around the corner! Alan Taylor will be showing nearly 20 cars on Live with Kelly and Michael, so Alan and guest Thomas Michael Berg talk a little about the show. Also on the show is Dick Messer and Matthew Valbuena, and they all have a brief discussion on automated driving. Thomas Michael Berg also talks about the Detroit Auto Show that he recently attended.

Dick Messer has been co-hosting with Alan Taylor for 10 years. Alan takes some time to talk to Dick about his Bucket List. Dick also tells a story from when he went to school in England and went driving with his friend Steve Earl in Stuttgart Germany.
