The SCCM Plug-In is a framework that can be used to sync your organization's valuable hardware and software inventory data for your Apple devices into Microsoft SCCM. Features of the SCCM Plug-In include: (1) Export computers and mobile devices from the JSS to Microsoft SCCM. (2) Export hardware and software inventory data. (3) Export inventory data in real time (as soon as a device's inventory is updated in the JSS)

Deploying iOS devices can be a terribly labor intensive thing to do. In this session, we're going to look at deploying and managing iOS in such a way that you don't end up spending all of your time tapping on activation screens. If iOS deployments haven't sparked your interest, we'll also look at some strategies, tips and tricks, and examples of what can be scripted. This session will also briefly cover some issues commonly seen with large-scale, international iOS deployments.

With the release of OS X Mountain Lion, additional management capabilities for FileVault 2 were introduced through the new fdesetup utility. This tool offers a number of new command-line abilities for administrators to manage FileVault 2 using the Casper Suite. In this session, we'll cover the significant FileVault 2 developments in OS X Mountain Lion, as well as how to manage the FileVault 2 recovery keys in an enterprise environment.

Ginny is the only IT administrator at her K-12 organization, yet she is able to easily maintain a one-to-one iPad program all on her own. The Casper Suite is helping Rob and his team be more proactive, rather than reactive, as they successfully take on classroom cart management and a one-to-one program throughout their school district.

The first day of the JAMF Nation User Conference contained many memorable moments, from the sessions to the hallway conversations to the sense of comradery coursing throughout the building. Although it is not possible to capture the entire JNUC experience in a minute and a half, we created this short video to share a few scenes from the day with those who could not join us in person.

Time really started moving quickly as the second day of the JAMF Nation User Conference continued apace with the first. We kept the cameras rolling today, and asked a few of the amazing people in attendance to sit down and share what was on their minds.

What's it like to manage a fleet of Mac and Windows computers? We're not the experts in this scenario, but we found two individuals who were. Parallels Field Account Manager Carlos Capó took over the interviewing reigns and sat down with a mutual customer of ours, Mauricio Trigueros, to gain a little insight into how he manages his Macs for his enterprise client.
