Prior to joining Oracle, Mark served as the CIO of Siebel Systems, a customer relationship management software tool, which was acquired by Oracle in 2005.  Mark has also held roles at a variety of other technology organizations including Motorola, ST Microelectronics, and Texas Instruments. Outside of Oracle, Mark has served on several advisory boards, including Altiris (now owned by Symantec), and is also a trustee of the Utah Technology Council and Economic Development Corporation of Utah. Mark received his BSE from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Southern Methodist University

Jim has been with Microsoft since 1993, where he started work in various positions, including international stints in London and Tokyo.  His previous positions within Microsoft have included posts as Director of IT Client Services, General Manager of the Service Management Division, Chief Information Security Officer, and Vice President of Microsoft Products and Services (the post he held prior to becoming CIO). Before joining Microsoft, Jim worked in various positions within Accenture, where he focused on financial aid distribution systems. The company officially launches the day we are broadcasting, July 13, 2015. The company has raised over $220 million in funding. Prior to Jet, Marc was the Co-founder and CEO of Quidsi, the parent company of e-commerce websites Diapers.com, Soap.com, Wag.com and more. The company was founded in 2005 and sold to Amazon in 2011 for $550 million. Marc was also the Co-founder and CEO of The Pit, Inc., an internet market-making collectible company constructed as an alternative to eBay, which was sold to the Topps Company in 2001. Marc has received a wide array of industry accolades, including E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year regional winner and Fortune’s “smartest people in technology;” The Sunday Times Magazine of London named him one of Britain’s “new high-tech entrepreneurs and whiz kids.” Prior to being a serial entrepreneur, Marc held various investment banking positions, including Executive Vice President of Sanwa International Bank in London, where he was head of the bank’s Risk Management Division and Vice President of Emerging Markets Risk Management at Credit Suisse First Boston. President Lavie has researched, taught, and worked as an administrator at the Technion since he returned to Israel from the United States in 1975 to found the Technion’s sleep laboratory.  He later opened a similar center affiliated with Harvard University, authored several books including The Enchanted World of Sleep and Restless Nights: Understanding Snoring and Sleep Apnea and served as President of the Israeli Society of Sleep Research.  He also has advocated for policy reforms in education, transportation safety, broadcasting and the military where those fields relate to sleep. Peretz Lavie received his bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Statistics from Tel Aviv University, earned his PhD in Physiological Psychology at the University of Florida, and pursued post-doctoral research at the University of California at San Diego.

Prior to joining SAIC, Bob served as the CIO of BAE Systems’ Intelligence and Security sector and as CIO of the United States Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM). As an Army officer he served a variety of roles with the intelligence branch and has earned many awards, including the Department of Defense’s Chief Information Officer Award for Outstanding Achievement in Information Management and the National Intelligence Meritorious Citation for support to the Army’s and National Intelligence Community’s Y2K mission. Bob also serves the technical community as an executive board member of CIO Magazine’s CIO Executive Council. He also works as a mentor within the Pathways Program and teaches enterprise architecture and IT leadership at Carnegie Mellon University’s Executive Education Program. Prioir to joining Tata Group, Gopichand served as the Managing Director of the General Electric Technology Center in India, where he led a technology team of more than 5,000 engineers and scientists.  He also previously served as Vice President of research and development of Karta Technologies and was an adjunct professor at the University of Texas. Gopichand received his masters and doctorate degrees in electrical engineering from Iowa State, and he was selected as a Fellow of the Institute of Engineering and Technology in 2014.

Prior to joining Nissan, Celso served as vice president of i2 technologies, a supply chain management software and services company, which he joined after leaving Toshiba Corporation’s semi-conducotr division in the US.   Celso began his career as a system analyst at BRADESCO Brazilian bank in Sau Paulo, before eventually joining Andersen consulting (now Accenture) in 1985.  With Andersen, Celso moved to Chicago and eventually Tokyo. In addition to his activities in the business world, from 1986 to 1988, he became Assistant Professor for Information Technology, at the Universidade Estadual de Sao Paulo where he also supervised the Internship Programme. Stephanie began her career at the World Bank in 1992, serving in a variety of roles, including CIO for the International Finance Corporation, Manager for IFC General Manufacturing Investments in Russia and the former Soviet republics, and Manager for IFC’s Global Telecommunications Portfolio, amongst other roles. Stephanie is also on the advisory board of Box.org, the non-profit directed arm of Box.com, an online service that provides files sharing, collaborating, and other tools for files uploaded to its servers.  She also serves as a leader of the International Finance Institution Women in IT organization, which advocates for the advancement of women in IT, as well as sitting on the board of the Bank-Fund Staff Federal Credit Union. Stephanie holds a bachelor’s degree from the Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University.  She received her Master of Arts from the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, also at the University of Pennsylvania.
