We continue our conversation about the Eight Limbs of Yoga as described by Patanjali in the Yoga Sutras. We have covered the Yamas/Ethical Practices and are now taking on the Niyamas/Personal Observances. This episode introduces Santosha, or contentment. We had a great conversation about contentment (asana begins around 17 minutes in-- after a hearty OM) and about the purpose (?) of practicing weirdly, challenging shapes.
