On this edition of Unplugged, JJ and Bronx return to talk about the results of Extreme Rules, Monday Night Raw, the potential brand split and much more! Both hosts agreed that Extreme Rules was a B show, and both agreed that the IC Title match was great, as was the main event between AJ Styles and Roman Reigns. We then talked about the hottest story in wrestling right now, the potential brand split between Smackdown and Raw. JJ and Bronx disagreed on the World Title situation, with JJ saying there should be two World Titles and a complete split, and Bronx arguing that we should only have one World Champ. Bronx liked JJ’s scenario, but didn’t feel confident the WWE would deliver on the brand split. News stories were covered, including the releases of Cody Rhodes and Adam Rose. After the news, we dove deep into Star Wars, including the prequels and part 7, The Force Awakens. JJ and Bronx closed the show by giving their opinions on the season finale of the Flash! This week on the Pro Wrestling Rewind, BronxZilla Tony Mirabella and the Power Andy Knowles kick off the show talking about the biggest news story in professional wrestling, the upcoming brand split in the WWE and Smackdown moving to Tuesday nights live on the USA Network in July! We gave our opinions on what could come of this, especially the topic of if the titles should be split up again. Andy and Bronx both agreed that the World Title and Tag Titles should be allowed to be on both shows. Neither host supported a splitting of the main titles. We talked about the results from Extreme Rules and who we thought should be the Money In The Bank winner. We also covered the return of Enzo to Monday Night Raw! This week on the Pro Wrestling Rewind, The Power Andy Knowles goes solo to bring you all the news and fallout coming from professional wrestling this week. Andy started off going into great detail about the arrest of WWE star Adam Rose. Rose was arrested for domestic violence, among other things, and has been indefinitely suspended by the WWE. Andy covered the story in detail, and shared the opinion of most of the IWC that Rose is most likely done. Andy then covered Monday Night Raw, including a touching moment where we gave a moment of silence and a salute to Chris Jericho’s jacket, which was destroyed by Dean Ambrose! Andy closed the show talking about Ryback’s recent comments regarding pay and equal treatment in professional wrestling. Ryback has been sent home until contract talks can resume. On this edition of Unplugged, Mr. Money On The Mic Jeff Jackson and BronxZilla Tony Mirabella welcomed in a new era for Unplugged, including a new intro!  The hosts dove into Payback, and talked about all the results, and, of course, the injury to tag team wrestler Enzo.  With the exception of the “Chicago Screwjob” and a few other minor things, both the hosts gave the show a letter grade of A-, agreeing that it was actually a better show than Wrestlemania in many ways.  JJ and Bronx took a break from talking wrestling, and actually talked about Batman VS Superman, which Bronx had just seen and was NOT impressed with at all!  Jeff and Bronx liked Affleck, Alfred and Batman, but that was about it.  We also talked about our excitement over Civil War and Independence Day 2.  Indeed, 2016 looks to be a huge year for the movie industry.  We then discussed “Black Friday,” with the WWE cleaning house and releasing several superstars including Sandow and Dirty Dutch.  We ended the show by reading some of your emails.  Check out this long, varied and often funny edition of Unplugged only on the SNS Radio Network.

On this edition of the Pro Wrestling Rewind, BronxZilla Tony Mirabella and the Power Andy Knowles kick off the show by talking about the results of Payback. Andy and Bronx got into a huge disagreement over how the Enzo and Cass VS The Vaudevillains qualifying match ended, as Enzo suffered a serious concussion and the match had to be stopped prematurely. The Power felt that the referee should have counted Enzo out. Bronx vehemently disagreed, as he pointed out that an injury is just cause to end a match immediately. The match was considered a no-contest. In the end the hosts agreed to disagree. Andy was also very critical of the ending to the Natalia VS Charlotte match. Bronx agreed, but for a different reason. We then delved into the situation with Ryback, who recently made it public that he is EXTREMELY unhappy with his position and paycheck in WWE. Again, the hosts disagreed, with Andy calling Ryback “whiny” and Bronx saying Ryback made some good points. Adam Rose also has a beef with WWE, as he is fighting his 60 day suspension for a wellness violation. We closed the show with some TNA news.
