HS 90: Paint me like one of your French girls | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1:09:22

After the July 4th break we thought you might like some good news, depending on how you look at it. Blizzard may be offering a paid XP boost in the near future. What would you be willing to pay for a paid 10% xp boost?

 HS 89: Virtual Realms | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 37:42

We cover several topics related to 5.4 data mined content, but we go in depth on virtual realms. While cross-realm zones haven't had much of an impact, and its been nice having the option to bring your friends over to your server to do some dungeons or older raids, we all wanted more. Virtual realms are going to give players back the amazing huge communities, but will this go smoothly? We will see auction houses that span multiple servers, guilds that can now pull from a huge talent pool for current tier raids, questing areas full of people to help and gank you. While no one will no for sure if virtual realms will be a blessing or a curse till its launched, we're already hearing big opinions from both sides (go figure). We want to hear what you think about virtual realms, new 5.3 features, and 5.4. Drop us a voice mail, or email. Remember to check out our Facebook page to get the secret word of the week and include it in your message. A lucky winner will be chosen July 10th or 17th (depends on some upcoming travel) for a 30 day World of Warcraft time code. Email us at holyshattpodcast@gmail.com or use the website to leave a voice mail. Skype number is at the top of the page.

 HS 88: Community Watch | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 42:05

This week there's more 5.4 news, but amid all the data mining we found an interesting tidbit from a blue post no less. It appears that Blizzard is keeping track of things in random groups. Things like how many times you've left early or been kicked are not surprising, but did you know they also track how many times you kick players? The data is apparently looked at compared to the community at large and if you're above average on anything you will find yourself facing longer deserter debuffs, ect. Sigmanids went solo on this one so show him some love and drop us a phone call or email. We love to hear from y'all and want your input on the Garrosh debate!

 HS 87: 5.4 BaBomb | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1:13:34

Our website is now in the cloud, bet you never noticed the change! The man behind this website magic, Sinzta, joins us on the show. We talk about a metric ton of 5.4 leaks from data mines, including opening the debate on Garrosh. Also on the docket is the discussion of low pop realms, how the recent character transfer sale affected population levels on said realms, and Blizzard's 5.4 feature that should fix everything.

 HS 86: SigMANdis Solo | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 40:42

Talked to Xantar, his power went out and his phone wasn't charged. Silly Canadian. He'll be back next week.

 HS 85: Dual PR-40s | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1:17:32

Posting this from work because I forgot to put it up like an idiot. Will make look nice when I get home.

 HS 84 – Squirls in this Tree | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 57:00

If you listen you'll understand the spelling in the title. 5.3 has launched! Sigmandis admits he hasn't played in awhile, but he still re-installed WoW when he wiped his PC clean the other day. Xantar on the other hand has gone "so hard" on the content that he's already received the title Horde Breaker. In the news the hosts discuss a developer interview, some small news on 5.4 (yea already), Blizzcon, and more. Xantar also talks about some new audio equipment he ordered, but won't arrive till about a month. Also be sure to check out worldofpodcasts.com to find out more about the podcaster meetup for Blizzcon 2013. We would love to see you there!

 HS 83: Financial Deep Dive | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 50:55

So you might have been hearing about World of Warcraft's loss of subscribers, but we doubt you've heard any other podcast go into Blizzard's quarterly earnings statement? Did you know Sigmandis took a lot of accounting classes in college? Did you know he dives into Blizzard/Activision's financials in this podcast to tell you where the money is really going? Well you do now! In this episode the hosts talk about a PvP riot, pokemon changes, Blizzcon predictions, and the quarterly earnings statement. If you'd like to look at Blizzard's quarterly earnings and follow along with the hosts in the podcast click here.

 HS 82: Freedom? | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1:18:47

Holy Shatt welcomes Synzta, AKA Altabbed, AKA our webmaster savior, to our humble podcast. Synzta hosted "The Searing" podcast, a podcast about Guild Wars 2. As we gloat over the tickets we scored for Blizzcon, the agony for PVP players attempting to ride out Childrens Week (click for icy-veins guide), and a few other tidbits of news the conversation turns to World of Warcraft versus the former "WoW killers". Rift, Star Wars, GW2 all failed to challenge the subscription model king, but seem to be doing just fine as free to play. With Neverwinter on the verge of its street day release will the newest free to play shake WoW's player base? Or will it be yet another game to simply bask in a merger success while not coming close to toppling the king of the mountain?

 HS 81: Blizzcon Tickets? | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 51:33
HS 80: Ninja Turtle Allstars – World of Warcraft Podcast | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1:04:04

As our brave host Sigmandis journeyed through the lands of Arathi Basin he was brutally ganked by a group only known at the Ninja Turtle Allstars. We tried to find the groups guild website, but unfortunately they are too cheap to own one. We checked WoWProgress.com, but the guild doesn't seem to raid. We checked PVP sites, but it appears the little turtles only PVP experience is ganking players that are at least 40 levels lower than them. Finally we found their armory page . We're coming for you turtles...just wait for the dwarf's to hit max level. You're on the list! In other news the hosts discuss ironically changes coming to PVP. We also check out some other small tidbits of news on 5.3 since there wasn't much new to discuss. Xantar went into a very indepth discussion on mages giving feedback on every spec's rotation, talent builds, and more. If you play a mage, this podcast is going to give you all you need. You'll also hear Sigmandis get ganked...a lot. In the WoW 101 segment we talk about how to decide on your race, class, and spec and tell you what each means. Remember to drop us an email or phone call with the secret phrase from our Facebook page. The drawing for the 30 day time code is only two shows away and we only have one entry. If you enter not only do you get to hear your voice or hear your email read on the show, but at this point you have a 50/50 chance at the show paying for your next month of WoW!

 HS 79: Waiting on You | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 54:56

We use ques all the time for LFR, BGs, and dungeons. Its a great feature, but just like everything else in the game everyone has "suggestions" on how to make it better. Sigmandis rants about how people need to stop pretending to be software engineers with their "estimates" on how long it would take to implement a feature. We go over some more changes un-earthed from the PTR such as an in-game web browser, and great changes coming to transmorg.

 HS 78: To Battle! | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1:18:47

With Sigmandis swimming in a mountain of emails from work after returning from a two week vacation he used it as an excuse to have a show with no show notes. We discussed PvP changes coming in 5.3 and what we think Titan will be. Weatherspoon and Eyebeans also join us on this show. Finally we look back at how World of Warcraft has changed from the times we all got started in the game. We would love to hear your stories and thoughts on how the game was changed and we will read them on the next show. Be sure to email us or leave a voicemail on what you think has changed for the better or vice versa.
