With yesterday's arrest of an HIV-positive woman on that very charge, the debate over moral obligation and criminal culpability begins once again. Today we speak with two women living with HIV who want their sex lives de-criminalized.

Lots of people talk about Gaydar that intuitive ability to sense .. someone else's sexual orientation. Now study out of the University of Washington says Gaydar is real. And its author says this is relevant to discrimination policy in the U.S. where there are fewer protections on the basis of sexual orientation. Trouble is Gaydar isn't terribly accurate. He has been pronounced fraudulent and dastardly by a court of law but is he a criminal? The case of a Nova Scotia man who punctured the condoms and impregnated his unsuspecting girlfriend is before the courts for the third time. If his conviction of sexual assault is upheld, it could open the door to prosecution against anyone who is dishonest about birth control … man or woman.

It hides in plain sight. Eavesdrops. Lurks for years inside a computer, moves around by hijacking Windows updates. Think about that for a minute. The Moscow-based Lab team that stumbled onto the Flame virus believes it is sophisticated work of a Nation-State. Flame's discovery has sparked calls for a pre-emptive cyber warfare ban or a cyber arms control treaty. And yet others say good luck with that. After all, how do you enforce rules in a cyber-sea of anonymity?

His friends say he is far too loyal for that but Vatican City is swirling with scandal right now with leaked documents pointing to intrigue, high-finance, low deeds and vicious infighting linked ... Not to the Pope but to the Cardinal who is his most trusted advisor. And if the Information isn't bad enough, the very fact that there could be as many as 20 Whistleblowers Inside the Holy See has the normally secretive Vatican in a whirl.

A Japanese researcher, famous for his work on mercury poisoning in his own country has released a new report on what he says he's found in Grassy Narrows.
