Summary: Here's the challenge ... Does everyone who is HIV positive have an obligation to disclose that fact to a potential lover, if the risk of transmission is miniscule? Canadian law says failing to disclose may be nothing short of aggravated sexual assault. With yesterday's arrest of an HIV-positive woman on that very charge, the debate over moral obligation and criminal culpability begins once again. Today we speak with two women living with HIV who want their sex lives de-criminalized.
