The Easiest Way to Learn the Tarot--EVER!!

Yesterday Mandy was paid to use her tarot skills in a "team building event" by a wellness center in her area. The full details are included in the audio lesson but the gist of it is that Mandy was hire to use the tarot to entertain and motivate employees to work together more efficiently. Mandy describes how she was originally going to take the (traditional) easy route and just give everyone there readings, but as she did her research she had an epiphany to make the whole experience interactive. Using her cards as a catalyst for interaction she taught the employees of her client the very basics of the tarot and shepherded them through some easy exercises and games. When she went off to give each participant a hands-on reading she left the others with cards and something to do. The idea was not to teach the employees of the wellness center "how to read tarot cards," but instead to help them realize how much more is inside them and how to tap into their innate intuitive abilities to better work together and be able to assist their clients more thoroughly. The event was a HUGE hit and everyone went home happy (and Mandy had her first corporate gig under her belt). That brought us to talking about judging other people and of course about reading without judgement. We talked about when to say no and when to take on the responsibility of accepting a client without letting bias enter the equation. It is extremely important that when you read, you deliver the message you receive in the reading and not your own personal opinion. You can't read for them (for various reasons), you can't connect with them, or worse: they are just bad clients. Fortunately this last one happens extremely rarely, but we wanted to discuss what these things are like and how to deal with them. It is better that you know up front what fate awaits you when you read for a lot of people (in person or online, or even over the phone). You are not alone—this happens to all of us—and "it's not you; it's them." This is not assigning blame. It is just a statement of fact that you won't connect with everyone you meet in life, and the same holds true in readings. That can't be right!" or "are you sure?" This voice cane be loud or so subtle that you never directly hear it, but feel the foolish need to rely on keywords or memorized meanings (note: NEVER read out of the book).
