A weird week at work coupled with some crummy weather gave me extra time to work on RSA this week. Its nice not to feel rushed. But in the next week or two cycling season starts in earnest for me, so we'll be shifting back to posting the show on Monday mornings. But until then I'll enjoy my lazy weekends! Sorry about missing last weeks show. I (finally!) got my first Covid vaccine shot and experienced the expected 24 hours of feeling like hot garbage. Rather than try to gut through it and finish the show, I decided to postpone it. I think that when I'm not at 100%, RSA suffers. At this point I'd rather take a sick day and put out a better show the following week. But I'm absolutely fine now, and my 5G signal reception is amazing! Its been a fairly uneventful week in RSA land. Still "locked down" so in a sense uneventful is good. We had our first "false summer" day this weekend, and I was quite happy to be able to get out on my bike and prove to myself that I'm not in as bad shape as I thought. This week I'm almost literally drowning in new releases. I love it when this happens. As we head slowly back to normal, coming up on the first anniversary of the COVID 19 pandemic (at least from my Canadian-centric perspective) I long for it to be safe to eat in a restaurant (or even get a haircut here in Toronto!) or to be able to see a live show.
