Stacey Paden was addicted to alcohol, she was self medicating from childhood abuse, trauma and making poor decisions starting at the age of 10, she was raped at 11. Her mother sent her to live with her Father & Stepmother and that's when the abuse began, her stepmother withheld food from her and her father beat her for stealing food. God has surely used Alison Duncan when she got the call to come get a baby that was given up for adoption. With fostering in mind she and her husband went to the hospital to help take care of this little boy, but truly God directed their steps all the way through adoption.
