Welcome, friends, to our first December Creepmas episode! I decided to go easy on you with this first Creepmas episode.  We're heading to Fairfax County, Virginia, a place I hold near and dear to my heart, as this is where I spent my childhood.  It's time to settle down with your hot chocolate and listen to the terrifying tale of "The Bunny Man." It won't be such a jolly Christmas once I'm done recounting my tales.  Listener discretion is advised.

This week, we look at the Health At Every Size approach and the principles that encompass HAES.    I'll briefly mention the bizarre and racist history of the BMI and how it has been used in recent years as a referendum on individual health.  You'll be surprised that it was never meant to be used as such.
