Coming back from our recent vacation and jumping right back into living healthy and exercising, we talk about adherence to the process and constantly working towards being a better version of yourself. Then we jump into a recap of what's been happening while we've been away. So, we're talking No Deal Brexit and how the continued incompetence of our government should allow us a second referendum. From there, it's over to Trumpland to discuss the recent resignation of General Mattis, the increased pressure from Democrats and the closing of a Trump charity because of shady business practices directed straight at Trump himself.
