This week's episode features a conversation between Vibhu Kapoor of the Revive Group in Navi Mumbai, Pastor M a longtime GHI partner in India and Pastor Kevin as they discuss the need to patiently wait for healthy partnership. Pastor M shares his story on how his dream of creating a City of Hope came into fruition through our Lord’s provision and grace. Mr Kapoor shares how God is using this City of Hope project to bring about one of India's premier smart cities.

Blaine Vorster is the pastor of the International Church of Grenoble in France. Their church is a very fluid community with people often moving and moving out of town as students and travelers. They are also very diverse with have a lot of expertise in reaching internationals with the gospel.

Pastor A. has spent nearly 20 years in ministry in India. He shares his experience in working in the mainland and in Nagaland and some of the cultural differences between these two areas. Pastor A. is a sending church and they send missionaries to various countries and it's was an honor to speak with him.

Yiming shares his story of growing up in China. Similarly to his wife, he also went to school in the US and believes that God brought him to the US to have a relationship with him. Yiming shared the importance of the Word in messages he heard while in college that started him down the path to a relationship with Jesus. His story reminds us that salvation is a process and can look very different even for people in similar situations.

Jenny shares her story of growing up in China, coming to the US for her Master's Degree where she was exposed to the Gospel for the first time. She shares about the importance of the Bible in her conversion and how if you want to reach foreign-born internationals in your community you should focus on the Word! She also shares about how she and her husband were married and set us up to hear his story in part two of this episode.

Lady B. is a pastor's wife, a mother of two, and helps lead churches and a development center. She loves doing village outreach and working with short term mission teams from Global Hope India. She shares with us about the diversity of the country of India.

In this episode, Pastor Kevin shares about the history of Global Hope India. How it started with an unlikely founder in a small rural community in the foothills of North Carolina to an organization that has taken nearly 1,000 people on trips to India and collected millions for God's work in India.

We're honored to be talking with Steve Rao, the son of immigrant parents from India. He is currently serving in his 3rd term on the town council in Morrisville, NC. He works at a Global Tech Company. He was the first Asian-American elected official in North Carolina. Steve is a change agent, political commentator, and radio host.

In the second part of the interview from episode three, we get into Nelson's testimony as an Asian American with Foreign-born parents from Korea. He shares his story of finding Christ, his relationship with Wendy, and what role the church played in his salvation. Nelson speaks candidly about the challenges he faced as a first-generation American finding faith, starting a career, and finding love.

This is the first part of a two-part series with Wendy and Nelson. First, in this interview with Wendy, a foreign-born international student from South Vietnam, we discuss the topics of overcoming loneliness and language barriers many internationals face. Wendy bravely shares her story about finding Christ and how she now believes that God had arranged her coming to the USA to have a relationship with her.
