Kimmo Tuunanen is a Koa Sports athlete based in Finland under the guidance of Coach Tim.  Since joining Koa Sports in mid-2021, Kimmo won IRONMAN Finland 2021, and was recently crowned M45-49 European Champion in Frankfurt.  Kimmo shares his story to date, his preparations, lessons and race stories.
