We are on the ground in Langkawi, Malaysia for the 2023 IRONMAN and 70.3.  Rated the hardest course in all of IRONMAN globally, if you finish this race you are a beast, if you set the course record…. well maybe a King? To get to Langkawi the coaches must fly via Singapore first, and that means a modest overnight stay with a visit to some fine establishments and a dabble at the Marina Bay Sands, like all good stories this one has a happy ending.  A big week ahead as we take you where others cant and wont.  Occasionally right, often wrong, but prepared to have an opinion. Join the Tribe, Be the Warrior. www.koasports.com.au
