Rob Bradford talked to Trevor Story after his introductory press conference, and discussed what got him to switch to 2B and also a key phone call that convinced him to sign w/ the Red Sox.

Trevor Story was introduced in Ft. Myers on Tuesday with a six-year contract plus a club option for 2028. Here are his opening thoughts and exchange with the media.

Speaking to the media Tuesday morning, Red Sox manager Alex Cora still couldn't discuss the addition of free agent infielder Trevor Story but did dive into his plans when it came to the starting rotation and what role Garrett Whitlock might fill.

New Red Sox pitcher James Paxton joined Joe Castiglione & Rob Bradford in the Sox Booth on Monday in Ft. Myers and gave the guys his recovery timetable as he comes back from Tommy John surgery.

They also talk about what they look for when bringing in a pitcher. Gus also talks about how they brought in Jon Hirschtick of MIT blackjack fame to talk to the scouting department.

With the news coming out that Trevor Story had agreed to a six-year, $140 million with the Red Sox, numerous players reacted in the team's clubhouse prior to Sunday's game. Some giving their thoughts were Xander Bogaerts, Christian Arroyo, Rich Hill and Nathan Eovaldi.

Boston Red Sox manager Alex Cora sat down with the media Saturday morning to reflect on his relationship with Carlos Correa, who just agreed to his three-year, $103. million deal with the Twins. Cora also discussed where he thought Xander Bogaerts was in his progression, while explaining the team's plans for their pitchers.
