Hailing from North Dakota, new Red Sox pitcher Matt Strahm has found himself as a key part of the Sox's bullpen this season, having blown away baseball with his showcase this offseason. The lefty joins Bradfo and Coop to discuss everything from blackout on the mound, uniquely cursing himself out, an unbelievable commitment to hair growth,  and the evolution of his wildly popular YouTube channel. It's a good one.

With Red Sox pitchers Garrett Whitlock and Tanner Houck going back and forth through the Bradfo Sho regarding who would win in a race, challenging one another to a spring training competition, it was time for the two to conduct a Bradfo Sho press conference to lean into the hype. That's exactly what you get, with Bradfo moderating.

Bradfo and Coop soak in quite a day, one which saw top prospect Marcelo Mayer take Nathan Eovaldi deep, and one that included a very humanizing and illuminating interview with new Red Sox pitcher Derek Holland. Bradfo also stumbles upon on his next catchphrase: 'He melted the cheese!'

Bradfo and Coop take a deep dive into three fascinating pieces of the Red Sox spring training: Bobby Dalbec, Garrett Whitlock and Ryan Fitzgerald. Dalbec joins Bradfo for a wide-ranging interview, touching on everything from Bobby's strategy when it comes to waving to the significant change he has made to his swing. Also discussed is Whitlock's lot in life, more specifically whether or not he should be a starter or reliever. And, finally, the guys offer a tribute to Fitzgerald, who has been demoted despite leading sping training in home runs. Fitzy offers a fascinating explanation to how he has done what he has done.

Boston Red Sox pitcher Derek Holland joined Gresh and Keefe to talk about joining the Red Sox-Yankees rivalry, the end of the MLB lockout, his role with the pitching staff, his jersey collection, his skills as an impressionist, his plans for life after baseball, and the origin of his social media handles.

Prior to the Red Sox' night game against the Orioles in Sarasota, Sox manager Alex Cora met with the media to discuss how he envisions utilizing the likes of Christian Arroyo, J.D. Martinez and Jackie Bradley Jr. and how the lineup might look.

Joe and Will are joined by Sam Kennedy in the booth and talks about the signing of Trevor Story and how excited the organization is with the signing. They also talk about the Red Sox future with the young talent.
