Kevin & Sully are joined by the "in house" football expert, Chris for this weeks episode. Chris is a longtime football expert with inside knowledge on all that goes down in the world of the National Football League. The boys start things off talking about the Buffalo Bills (of course because they're Sully's team) and how they are like a revolving door for players. It seems like Buffalo always picks up one or two great talents, they don't quite make it in Buffalo, and then become superstars on other teams. So it goes for Buffalo. Maybe if their fans didn't crash themselves through table every game, things would be different. If you're a football fan, you'll love this episode. A lot of big things discussed, even going into some things fantasy football wise. Who to pick up, who's going to stay consistent through this season and who is a no go for your team. Chris brings up that his team, the Miami Dolphins, has "Ftizmagic", or Ryan Fitzpatrick for those that aren't aware of his nickname. None of the guys think he can manage an entire season of success, but Chris thinks that with his experience, he can bring up Rosen in a different environment, and potentially groom him for the starting quarterback slot. The Pittsburgh Steelers dumped Antonio Brown and Le'Veon Bell, which is looking like a blessing in disguise. They have deep talent on that team, but Ben Rothlisberger is getting older, so can Mason Rudolph learn the ropes to possibly take the team over in a year or two? Only time will tell.So much was discussed in this episode with some pretty funny moments, like Sully saying he could kick a field goal and entertaining the idea of trying out for a team.Are you ready for some football??? Crystal rejoins the boys this week in a discussion about Hobbies. What are some of your hobbies? Do you use them to get your mind off of certain things, or simply because you enjoy doing them?Kevin describes his love for golf, and while it can be frustrating at times, it's a lifelong hobby of his. Sully agrees that golf is one of his as well, and he used to get frustrated, but quickly realized he wasn't the next Tiger Woods, so he learned to just enjoy it. Kevin says he uses golf as a way to improve over the years and that's what keeps him playing. He talks about how much hes improved and that keeps him coming back for more year after year. Crystal asks the boys if eating is a hobby, because that's what she likes to do. This leads the discussion into the crews favorite candy bars and more. What's your favorite candy bar?? Kevin's is Snickers, Sully's is Kit-Kat and Crystal said she doesn't discriminate... if there is a candy bar, she will eat it.They bring up how music and attending concerts could be considered a hobby. Like Kevin's infatuation with Taylor Swift, or as he now calls her, "Tay Tay". He says he would love to have her on the show sometime, so that if he ever went to her concert, she would recognize him and they would be instant BFF's. Crystal tells him she'd probably get a restraining order against him. Rianna is BACK, and BETTER than ever! Kevin and Sully missed having Rianna on the podcast but knew she had a lot going on between the tour, photo shoots and, this is a big one.... her Playboy Cover! She's a busy girl, but she also enjoys being a part of the podcast as a co-host.Kevin starts this episode off talking about his weekend and how he smoked ribs & chicken on his (fairly new) smoker. He confuses Rianna a bit because she thought he meant marijuana when he said he smoked all weekend. He also explains to her that they cannot smoke marijuana, even if it was legal, because of the profession they are in. Sully then jokes about having to take a drug test at work now because of this talk. Kevin welcomes Rianna back to the show, and she says how much she's missed being on. She talks about her Mike Busey Tour time and how meeting her fans was the best part. She enjoys interacting personally with them and giving them a chance to meet her. She calls the tour like a "Rockstar Circus", with tons of little bits all the people have that are a part of it, and explains what her part was. She said that being on the Tour Bus was exhausting with little to no sleep and they couldn't shower or use the bathroom on the bus... wait, what??? She said cleansing wipes are your friend and it wasn't too bad because they would stop at hotels frequently to shower and freshen up. A lot of Rianna's fans were pessimistic about this choice to be on tour with Mike Busey, but she said it was a decent experience in the end. Sully asks her about her Playboy shoot, and we learn that she was actually bitten by a Brown Recluse Spider prior to the photo shoot (insert wide eyed emoji here). She says that she was in pain, super dizzy and didn't feel well at all, but had to push through for this experience and opportunity. A day or two after the shoot, she finally went to the hospital and the doctor told her she was very lucky, because typically that type of spider bite can be deadly. They wrap up discussing Rianna's "Legends of Instagram" photo tour in the Bahamas and how she will be going to Costa Rica, this week, to shoot another one. She said her experience in the Bahamas was amazing. So amazing that she's really looking forward to Costa Rica!It's always great to have Rianna join an episode. We couldn't hold back on this one, and neither could Shred. When we heard of Jeff Epstein committing suicide this morning, the first thing we did was CALL SHRED. We needed his take, and you need to hear it as well! Here he is, covering his thoughts on what went down and his insight into the future of the child sex trafficking that has occurred.

Kevin & Sully were joined this week by Rob & Jeremy of "National Fire Radio". The slogan for their show is "Solid Brothers Doing Solid Brother Things". Kevin loves the saying and the meaning behind it. National Fire Radio captures the essence of the culture in today's firehouses. They have had notable firefighters & officers on their show to talk about all things in the fire service and they're attempting to make a cultural change in the fire service world by connecting with firefighters through modern technology (Podcasting). Kevin asks why they started the show, what they enjoy most about creating episodes and so on. They drift into talks about how society is currently and what we can do as people to make change effectively and some strategic ways to start doing so. Rob talks a bit about their "On Tap" events, where they gather 100's of firefighters together to train over beers. This is right in Sully's wheelhouse. Between the Robert Mueller testimony and Jeff Epstein, we had a TON to talk about with Shred in Part V of the Truth Series. It has been said that "young girls" were invited to this island and gradually turned into sex slaves. More and more women are coming forward since the arrest and we're sure more and more will as time goes on. Shred believes that many well known individuals will be brought down and possibly even some royalty from overseas. Sully made mention of a suicide attempt by Epstein in this episode... we recorded this episode PRIOR to his actual possible suicide attempt in jail. So when news broke on that, Kevin, Sully and Shred obviously had an interesting text conversation regarding that. This is one story you don't want to take an eye off of, and follow as it progresses through the rest of this year. Shred moves on to explain how his prediction in the Truth Series Part IV episode about Mt. Rushmore, never came to fruition. He talks about how he thought President Trump was going to introduce the TR-3B, and aircraft designed by the government that operates on mercury and can seemingly "defy gravity"... in which it can't, but it can move without external force. Do you have moments where you feel like you could go to sleep at any time of day? How about an experience with insomnia? Have you ever used sleep aides to help you dose off? Kevin, Lo and Sully discuss their sleep cycles, why they use sleep aides on a night basis and more in "No Sleep Till Long Beach". Lo is back home from heading to Long Beach, NY and she joins the boys to talk about the best thing ever, SLEEP! She uses her Apple Watch to track her sleep habits and how much REM sleep she gets. Kevin talks about the stages of sleep - Stage 1Stage one of sleep, also known as the transitional phase, occurs when one finds themselves floating in and out of consciousness. During this NREM stage, you may be partially awake while your mind begins to drift off. This period of drowsiness eventually leads to a light sleep. This is also the time when the muscles jerk, followed by a falling sensation that jolts you back into consciousness. This experience is known as hypnic myoclonia. After winding down in stage one, your sleep cycle will slip you into stage two.Stage 2Almost 50% of the time spent asleep over the course of the night is spent in stage two. Stage two is also a non-REM phase and is one of the lighter stages of sleep. Even though it is a light stage, the heart rate begins to slow and the core body temperature decreases. During stage two, eye movement stops and brain waves slow with the occasional burst of waves called sleep spindles. Stage two can also be characterized by the unstructured periods that alternate between muscle tone and muscle relaxation. Stages 3 & 4Stages three and four are characterized as the deep stages of sleep, and are often the hardest to wake up from. If you try to wake someone up when they are in stages three or four, they will most likely be disoriented and groggy for minutes after they awake. Stages three and four are often grouped together because they are the periods of slow wave sleep (SWS).Slow wave sleep is a NREM phase of sleep, and is the deepest sleep that your body enters throughout the night. It is called slow wave sleep because the brain waves slow to what are known as delta waves with the occasional faster wave. As the body moves from stage three to stage four, the number of delta waves increase and the faster waves decrease.In addition to the deep sleep caused by the delta waves, blood pressure drops even further, and breathing becomes deeper, slower, and more rhythmic. During slow wave sleep there is no eye movement, and the body becomes immobile. However, even though there is no muscle movement, the muscles still have the ability to function. Stages three and four of sleep are extremely rejuvenating to the body. During slow wave sleep, hormones are released that aid in both growth and appetite control. The growth hormones help to replenish muscles and tissues that were exerted over the course of the day, and the appetite controlling hormones help limit feelings of excessive hunger the following day.These hormones are essential to the development of a strong body and help control unnecessary over-eating. In addition to the release of critical hormones, the blood flow to the muscles increases, providing restorative oxygen and nutrients.Stage 5Stage five is the only stage of rapid eye movement (REM), and is unlike any other sleep phase because the brain is bursting with activity. Most adults spend about 20% of sleep in REM, while infants spend almost 50%. During non-REM sleep, the mind rests while the body heals, but in REM sleep the mind energizes itself while the body is immobile.REM sleep is called as such because the eyes dart in various directions while the limbs and muscles are temporarily paralyzed. Breathing becomes shallower and irregular while the heart rate and blood pressure rise from the levels they...

A week after having Travers Beynon join the boys, they were intrigued about how they would be with that kind of money. This isn't the typical "I won the lottery money", this is the kind of money you've worked hard for your entire life, and it keeps making more for you, money. Kevin thinks realistically that he would keep reinvesting the money because his fear is not having money when he retires, and having to work at Lowe's or Walmart till he dies. Sully thinks he'd maintain a similar lifestyle to what he has now, but enjoy some of the finer things that money can bring. Kevin would probably splurge on a huge in ground pool with rocks and such, and he would definitely have a grotto. Sully brings up bitcoin, which Kevin hates, just to get Kevin going. Kevin thinks bitcoin are worth absolutely nothing, because today it could be "worth" X dollars, and tomorrow it could be worth nothing, depending on what people "say" its worth. The other problem he talks about is the process to mine bitcoin. While it's not only expensive, it takes a big ass computer to do it, and A LOT of time. Kevin's advice to people, don't buy bitcoin. Travers Beynon was an amazing guest and Kevin & Sully were appreciative of him for taking time from his busy life to record this episode. Kevin, Sully and Crystal have a run in with their ADD tendencies in this episode. What was supposed to be an episode on personalities, turned out to be an episode about 100 other things. From Carnivals, to Disney World, they cannot seem to stay on track.Kevin starts the episode talking about how it's the first time since Crystal, Sully and himself have done an episode together and how their work schedules have prevented them from getting together to record. Crystal has been busy with shifting work schedules, Kevin was in NYC and Sully has been working, basically two full time jobs. They start talking about odd deaths and how the crimes were committed, like the Jonbenet Ramsey case and a local missing girl from Kev and Sully's area, Britney Drexel, who went missing in Myrtle Beach about 10 years ago. Kevin thinks Jonbenet's parents killed her, while Crystal thinks they may have had something to do with it, but doesn't think they killed her. During all this discussion Sully tries to lead into a personality talk, but Kevin isn't having it yet. He finds what they are talking about very interesting. They move onto the recent variety of deaths in the Dominican Republic and how shady that seems, and then eventually somehow leads into talking about Carnivals. In this episode, Kevin and Sully talked about the 09/11 Victim Compensation Bill that Jon Stewart went to Congress for. He gave quite the speech and they discuss that in length. They also touched on crime across America. Kevin pulled up a list of the Top 100 cities with the worst crime per capita, in the nation.September 11th was an anomaly because it was one of the biggest terrorist attacks on American soil, but there's really nothing else to compare it to other than Pearl Harbor. Yeah. If you Google terrorists acts in United States, you can go back to the late 18 hundreds, they're right along. I mean it's not like it's never been around, you know, I don't think that's going away. Whether or not it happens on purpose, I don't know. We'll leave that discussion to Shred. That's his area of expertise. But I think that the best we can do, and kind of based off your advice that you gave last week and again earlier in this episode is to help your fellow man a little bit more. You know, if you know your neighbors going out of town, uh, watch over their house, you know, their garage door didn't go down when they left for work in the morning. Go over and shut the garage door for him. Don't pretend like you didn't see it. And then you know, even if you don't fucking like the people, because I'm a, I'm a believer in Karma and I believe what you put out into the universe, you get back and someday something will happen that we'll come back to help you for doing that nice gesture for your fellow person. But I think with that though, you have to have a belief system. And I don't mean to get off topic, but do you think the problem is there's no belief system anymore? Like I, and I don't mean like as in a higher power like getting all churchy, but like you said from the dawn of time, there's always been some sort of figure watching you I guess I'll call it, and I think there was no accountability. Maybe you're thinking, yeah, like the difference between good and bad. Like you know what you're doing is wrong. Just seems like people are losing their moral compass, I guess I'll call it. Well, I grew up Catholic. I had the 10 commandments you know, not to get all churchy.And I was just about to say like even aside from that, like if you took out the 10 commandments and just say like 10 good rules to live by that pretty good rules to live by. Like you should listen to your mom and dad. You shouldn't bang your neighbor, you shouldn't kill somebody. You shouldn't. You know what I mean? Right. Like they're all good laws and good rules to have for society. Did social media have a lot to play in the, in that change? I don't know. I think it did back in the day when you didn't go and bang your neighbor, you didn't go and bang your neighbor because you knew it wasn't right. Oh, well she's on Snapchat. Twerking. Exactly. Yeah. You're on social media now. Whether it's Snapchat, Instagram, you're seeing these pictures and then you send her a message. "Oh my God, that's cool." Or, "oh my God, that's cute." And then all of a sudden she replies back and she sends you a message of, "Oh, you like that?" Yeah. And then that shit blossoms. And I think, you know, again, you just got to stay true to your morals. I guess if you go and do that shit and you want to do that shit, whatever.But we've gotta be aware of the consequences that come with that. I fall back on Karma. Something will eventually happen to you, whether it's the next day, the next week, the next month, the next year, something will eventually come back around. And I'm not saying that you're going to die or anything like that, but, uh, Karma works in mysterious ways. I'm a firm believer in that. You know, like you said, don't fucking Bang your neighbor. Don't fucking do stupid shit and be kind to your fellow man. Help...
