Gospel Recording Artist Jonathan Valencia flows on Good Deeds - Dr. Renee Sunday | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 00:40:00

Stellar Nomomated Gospel Recording Artist Jonathan Valencia returns to Good Deeds - Dr. Renee Sunday.Jonathan Valencia is a 12 year old who loves Jesus.  At the early age of 3, Jonathan’s idea of play was preaching on his Karaoke machine.  Jonathan has always been recognized as being deeply grounded in God’s word and bold about his walk with Jesus.  Many Pastors would often state that Jonathan was a little preacher.  As for me, I refer to him as my tugboat because he has pulled me along in my spiritual walk. Being inspired by God, I began to do what I love to do which is to write.  As a result, my words poured out as a song I titled “Kingdom Bound”.  The song was written for Jonathan to use to inspire other youth to pursue their calling now.  Matthew 19:14 speaks directly to us on how we should prepare children for the kingdom. Jonathan has a deep love for Jesus and wants to spread the good news to the world.  His first release “Kingdom Bound” is for everyone but the target audience is the youth due to Jonathan’s sincere concern for his peers who listen to explicit lyrics.  He understands that many of the words they repeat are not good for their minds and many of his peers are not even aware of the things they are speaking on their lives through the lyrics they repeat. Jonathan continues to rely on his faith in God’s word to overcome obstacles that have challenged his faith. The obstacles have caused him to develop a consistent prayer life and commitment to learn scriptures.  Jonathan is currently ministering his music in churches and various events.  His boldness in serving Jesus is evident when he is on stage professing the name of Jesus.

Author,Wellness Entrepreneur James M. McLester stops by Good Deeds w/Dr. Sunday | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 00:33:00

James Michael McLester is in need of a life-saving kidney transplant. To know James is to know he loves music.  He attended his first rock concert at Tarrant County Convention Center in 1978 at age eleven in Ft. Worth, TX. From that point forward, he knew that is what he was born to do and so he set out to follow his dream to become a  rock star.  Those were some turbulent days but, through the grace of God, James has reconciled with his family, long-term girlfriend and is a professional drummer/musician with his Christian band SuperNova Remnant, Temple of BOOM with DJ Drue Mitchell of JUCE TV,  Manafest, and the worship team at Crossroads Tabernacle Church. However, when James was in his early thirties, he had a near-death experience soon after being diagnosed with end-stage renal disease.  It was due to mercury toxicity leaching from the many silver fillings drilled into his teeth at a young age.  Fortunately, James has been placed on the list for a kidney transplant at the Texas Transplant Institute in San Antonio.  Though lifesaving, transplantation is enormously expensive.  A campaign has been established in James’ honor with HelpHOPELive, a nonprofit organization that has been assisting the transplant community for 30 years. If you are able and would like to help, please consider making a contribution by calling 800.642.8399 or visit helphopelive.org and search for James
