#82 I used to wish for my problems to go away. I dreamed of nirvana and this carefree existence. I learned that problems never really went away and that is part of being human. What did change though was my relationship to problems and how I handled them. It helped me bring new meaning to things when the chips were down. #77 My amazing guest this week is Ky Furneaux, who spent 16 years as a Hollywood stunt person. Her actions truly speak louder than words with her mantra being 'Choose your life. Lose your limits'. What's even more incredible is her story behind her success. From breaking her back at 19 years old in a car accident to then being told she would never participate in normal activities again, this really is an incredible journey of strength, courage, and commitment.
