The last time we talked to Omaha NE-based skydiver Rian Kanouff, he had just set the World’s Record for the most naked skydives in a 24 hour period, with an amazing 60 jumps! And he did it all to bring more attention to mental health issues and suicide prevention,  after the loss of a close friend. And now, Rian is gearing up to set a new record, 20 naked skydivers in formation at one time…and he’s doing it February 18th in Tampa FL!! We caught up with Rian this morning to find out what life has been  like since setting the record last year, the upcoming record attempt and more!

Over the years, we've talked to more than a few guys who own or are selling abandoned missile silos...but we've finally found one that's actually kind of affordable!! Just outside of Abilene KS, is an decommissioned Atlas F silo, built in 1960. 6900 sq feet, on 11 acres, that's all ready to be turned into that special place to get away...from everything and everybody!! And one of the biggest names and personalities of that period was Hacksaw Jim Duggan! Armed with a seemingly endless supply of killer riffs, he's responsible for some of the greatest riffs and solos in rock history. And now he's gearing up to release a new album, "4", with Myles Kennedy & The Conspirators on Feb 11th...as well as launching a tour that will find them rolling into the Midland Theater on Feb 25th...and we got the chance to catch up with the man himself this morning!! PLUS…. Tech N9ne is, unquestionably, the most successful independent rapper in the entire world…which is why it’s even cooler that he is still Kansas City through and through…and shows his love of his hometown at every opportunity! So much so that he’s  doing a free Meet & Greet this Saturday from 1pm-3pm at the IMKC Store at Ward Parkway Shopping Center!! Tech gave us a call this morning to tell us all about it!!

Former NASCAR driver/ current commentator Clint Bowyer has a lot to be excited about!! Not only the NASCAR Clash roaring into the legendary L.A. Coliseum for the first time ever to kick off the season...then that's followed up by the Daytona 500...BUT FIRST, Clint has to survive watching your Kansas City Chiefs take on the Cincinnati Bengals this Sunday!!! And, I gotta tell ya, he is FIRED UP!!! And… Oh sure Patrick Mahomes might be the most popular guy here in KC right now, but let's face it, there are few people who live eat and sleep KC quite the way actor Rob Riggle does!! Raised in KC...a graduate of Shawnee Mission South High School...as well as a graduate of The University of Kansas....not to mention being one of the guys behind the Big Slick Celebrity Weekend benefiting Children's Mercy Hospital!! The man IS Kansas City. And with the Chiefs playing the AFC Championship game on our home turf AND KU taking on Kentucky this weekend...it's a KC sports lover's DREAM...and Rob is READY!!
