It’s a little known fact, that getting on a scale is one of the leading ways in which people weigh themselves.  Developing a healthy relationship with your scale can be a bit like walking a tight rope.  Weighing too often can create anxiety and obsession.  Avoiding the scale entirely can be an indicator that you don’t want to face reality.   In this episode, Catherine and Donald talk about their up and down relationships with the scale and how they’ve learned to use it as a simple tool that’s a small part of their overall weight management program.
