I go through some ways you can get that important differentiating credential without adding to your debt. 

As you look towards your new home or rental, I use my 20 years of experience in real estate to review some pitfalls new homebuyers might make if they haven't been in the real estate game before.

The McNair Program is a United States Department of Education initiative with a goal of increasing attainment of Ph.D.'s by students from underrepresented segments of society. He just returned from his study abroad in the United Kingdom and his co-op at GE Aviation.
