Danny Randazzo is a full-time manager at Deloitte where he provides financial consulting services. In 2016, Danny moved to Charleston, SC with his fiancé. His goal was to build a real estate portfolio that would generate multiple streams of income and provide financial security for their future. He began by purchasing 2 office buildings and has since gone on to purchase a variety of commercial and residential properties controlling over $4.5M in assets.

A few years ago, Lynne and her husband acquired a log cabin in northern Georgia and established a vacation rental cabin business. Lynne works to maintain 80% rental occupancy and plans to expand to 3 rental cabins within the next 5 years.

Erick Straghalis is a creative, brand and marketing strategist with over 16 years of experience. He currently works for StitchDX, a brand and digital marketing agency. Erick, his wife Elizabeth and sister in law Esther, launched a Fair Trade Subscription Box service in 2012. They partnered with mostly women-run cooperatives to deliver beautiful handmade goods to monthly subscribers. The service had 2,400 subscribers with $100K revenue. Due to strategic mistakes and family stress, they shut down in 2015.
