Dan started off wholesaling, and then flipped the script to obtain his ultimate vision: Creating a system that does everything for the investors, and using today’s technology to achieve it.  Dan became one of the founding member of Investorfuse, a lead management workspace for real estate investing.

Justin’s why: Justin was used to putting money into the stock market, and investing that way, but after losing his father in a car accident, his family came into some money and Justin decided to move the money into passive real estate opportunities; commercial syndications. One of the biggest reasons he chose to move into real estate investments, is because of having a physical asset as opposed to a stock.

Have you asked yourself "How am I going to know if this is a good deal?" EDUCATE YOURSELF! There are so many books to read, online platforms to research, and use a partner or team member!  Brokers- Their knowledge is so helpful!  Property Managers- They help with plan guidance  Lenders- Know all about loan value and how to help!  Use who you have to create a successful network, grow your portfolio quickly and correctly! 

Today we're hitting on taking your business to the next level. Learn what's working for you and what's not... make the necessary changes that will help you continue your success!  Real estate is a slow burn- 100 transactions don't happen over night. Patience is KEY in this business.  If you're doing the work, putting the steps in order and putting the process in place the next step is to believe in yourself, give it time and it will all come through- HAVE FAITH! 

Joseph explains that hard work and dedication is going to be what takes you from 1 rental property, to over 500 to profit from. His statistics are 200 to 1 deals will be successful. This industry is is like a snowball on a rollercoaster; the more you do the more you get, the more you come across. His best advice: Build relationships, with brokers and investors. Also don’t look for unicorns be realistic in your market and in what you’re looking for!
