Sam and Ben connected and began underwriting deals and syndicating. Together they just purchased a $15 million dollar 98 unit property putting $1.5 million dollars into it. This deal they got through a broker they have a business relationship with. Success is all about spreading the word, getting your plan out there and having people invest in you and support you!

Justin used connections to build relationships with local investors and brokers, to expand his network. Justin realized that house flipping wasn’t for him, so he stuck to turn key buys, until he did some more research and decided to go into apartment syndications. His biggest tip he could give? TELL EVERYONE WHAT YOUR DOING!!! Even if the person your talking to doesn’t care or isn’t interested, they may know someone who is, so talk about it!
