CinePsyEP062 Bring Your Own Cinematic Trauma: Cujo | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 2:22:16

Oct 23rd, 2016 The Bring Your Own Cinematic Trauma series continues with Shoe Coble of All Booked Up podcast talking to us about Cujo.  There are some very raw moments in this episode along with genuinely funny moments of our usual humor.  It has been an emotional roller coaster to record and to edit, but we asked for Cinematic Trauma and we got it. Shoe was very brave and spoke frankly about the reverberations this movie had in her life.  Things were very chaotic and energetic in this recording as we all took potshots at each other and chatted more than we probably should have during the review. Don’t Forget the contest guys and gals once we get 20 total honest reviews in iTunes and Stitcher, Cort will give away one brand new copy of Macabre from William Castle on DVD picked from those reviews and the winner will be given a chance to review the movie on the show with Cort and Matt!  Just email Cort your screen name or a screencap of your review and you are entered to win!  CinePsyEP061 Remedial Horror 101: [REC] | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1:27:21

Oct 16th, 2016 The Remedial Horror 101 series continues with Matt exploring the world of foreign horror with [REC].  Matt being who he is, he automatically assumes any film Cort likes from over seas is Italian and confuses his geography causing further strain in the shows efforts of foreign diplomacy.  Both Matt and Cort are exhausted during this episode for extremely different reasons revealed in the outtakes. Oct 9th, 2016 The Bring Your Own Cinematic Trauma series continues with the amazingly talented renaissance man with a stunning mohawk, Daeron!  We talked with Daeron about his Cinematic Trauma with The Gate.  There is an amazing synchronicity to the events of the film and his story of viewing it that is so incredible you have to hear him talk about it to believe it.  Daeron was so unbelievably prepared for this show he could have ran it himself.  CinePsyEP059 Remedial Horror 101: Maniac | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 2:20:24

Oct 2nd, 2016 The Remedial Horror 101 series continues with Maniac.  Matt and Cort dig deep and overly analyze every nuance of Maniac, sparking what might be the most intricate discussion on an exploitation movie yet on this show.  This does not deter Cort and Matt from their normal attempts at morning zoo radio comedy, it only darkens the edges ever so slightly. The Psyop News segment enrages Cort sending him back to his Bastard territory as his rage overtakes him in reaction to the wanton stupidity contained within the news. CinePsyEP058 Bring Your Own Cinematic Trauma: The Unnamable | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 2:12:39

Sep 25th, 2016 This Episode is Dedicated to Cindy Sin Fallon and we ask that while you listen you play a “Donation Game” where every time we make you laugh, or want to hit us, or just plain weird you out…  what ever reaction you choose, you donate at least one dollar each time to:  https://www.ptsdunited.org/take-action/donate/ The Bring Your Own Cinematic Trauma series continues with Misty from Black Annis Horror Podcast as she brings The Unnamable.  Misty shared her cinematic trauma with us as well as tales of a life well lived that left us in awe. Have you ever thought Matt and Cort couldn’t possibly be rendered speechless by anything? You are wrong.  Misty took our show to a whole new level and had us laughing our asses off as well as telling stories that made us realize how much life is truly to be lived and enjoyed, and thats just the outtakes at the end! We break down the movie and beat it into submission. While Matt makes jokes about conquering vaginas from the perspective of frat boys, Cort tries desperately to find something redeemable in this flick and starts analyzing things that may not really be there in this paper thin plot.  All the while Misty owns this show completely and makes Cort and Matt look like the inexperienced and sad little men they are. This was an amazing recording with an incredible lady! Check it out. Sep 18th, 2016 Remedial Horror 101 series continues with Candyman (1992).  Matt may make a few enemies and destroy the good will he had previously established in his review of this Remedial Horror episode.  Meanwhile Cort makes references to Hematolagnia and Haematophilia in order to answer the question of “What is blood for if not for shedding?” which weirds Matt out to no end.  CinePsyEP056.5 Mad Max Outtakes | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 20:00

Sep 11th, 2016 Cort and Matt had way too much fun talking with The Wych of bindonequip about Mad Max that the outtakes became a beast that could no longer be caged within the same episode. Rather than lose all of that joy and camaraderie that was had, Cort edited it together as a separate bonus episode!  CinePsyEP056 Bring Your Own Cinematic Trauma: Mad Max 1979 | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 2:15:00

Sep 11th, 2016 The Bring Your Own Cinematic Trauma series continues with an adrenaline fueled manic episode on Mad Max (1979 film).  We hung out with our seer from over seas, the voice of thunder from down under, the one and only The Wych of bindonequip.com The Wych singlehandedly turned a normal podcast on a film I love dearly into a full force frenzy of insightful and informative discourse.  Lest we forget, he was able to roll with our punches and threw us for a loop as well with his humor and wit.  You want to supercharge a show all shinny and chrome? Then I recommend Wych as a guest.  He can have Matt Psyop’s job any day!!!
