We recently had Mayor McAdams at Silicon Slopes HQ for a community roundtable and live recording of this podcast. McAdams was sworn into office for his second term as Salt Lake County Mayor on Jan. 9, 2017 and recently announced he'd be entering the congressional race for Utah's 4th congressional district. Mayor McAdams is a graduate of the University of Utah and Columbia Law School. After law school, he worked as a corporate finance attorney with firms in New York and Salt Lake City.
