En este primer programa, tenemos como invitada a Ana Lucía Escobar. Ana Lucía es una Coach en Fortalezas Certificada por Gallup. Su llamada a ser Coach en Fortalezas la tiene cuando inicia su empresa y requiere manejar su relación con su socio de manera efectiva, así como el crecimiento, pues parecía que se estaba obstaculizando al ser muy rápido y no planeado. Se encontraba saturada de trabajo, no aceptaba ideas de otros por falta de tiempo. Se sorprendía al ver que personas a quienes contrataba tenían desempeños variables y no cumplían con las expectativas de sus roles. Ana Lucía utilizó el Clifton StrengthsFinder, que había conocido 7 años atrás en una empresa para la que laboraba, y lo aplicó y sigue aplicando en su negocio para desarrollarse, desarrollar a su equipo y apoyar a sus clientes a descubrir su potencial y generar un cambio en el desempeño. Esto la ha llevado a crear métodos innovadores para apoyar a las empresas. Ana Lucía ha ayudado a su cliente, una diseñadora gráfica con muchos años trabajando sin lograr alinear su trabajo con las agencias publicitarias. Después de trabajar con ella y sus talentos, decide independizarse y ahora está celebrando que ya tiene productos en el mercado. Ana Lucía está abriéndose campo en el terreno del Coaching en Fortalezas y recomienda unirse a asociaciones y redes. Ella actualmente participa en un proyecto llamado Canal de Empresarias y es parte de un grupo llamado Emprendedoras Globales en donde planea utilizar la herramienta CSF. Ana Lucía ha sido seleccionada como mentora de fortalezas dentro del capítulo de Panamá de Voces Vitales que es una organización internacional que funciona como incubadora.
