As Presidents Cup teams and selections become the talk of the town, we listen to Tiger Woods discuss the big issue - will he or won't he play in Melbourne? Hosts Andy Maher, Mark Hayes and Martin Blake dissect Adam Scott's take on the distance debate, then chat with Curtis Luck from Idaho where he he's hoping to add to the one toe back he already has back in the PGA Tour. And while we're on the drama of secondary tour heroics and dramas, we relive a nightmare finish for another Aussie, Jamie Arnold, who dropped his own golden PGA ticket cold in the closing holes on Sunday. Throw in the new Golf Australia chairman, Asian Tour winner Andrew Dodt, Karl Vilips, Karis Davidson and more, and it's another action-packed episode.

Gabi Ruffels' spectacular US Women's Amateur triumph catches the eye of co-hosts Andy Maher, Mark Hayes and Jo Charlton, but they also confront the explosive developments that the slow-play saga took around Bryson DeChambeau's (in)actions. Dual major champ and Presidents Cup vice-captain Zach Johnson refuses to take Hayesy's bait around spilling Tiger's secrets, but does buy into the pace of play issue. Without full status as the year began, Sydney's Matt Jones has made a great fist of the 2019 PGA Tour season and has secured his card for next year. We catch up with the former Aussie Open champ in New York on the eve of the FedEx Cup playoffs. This signifies the start of the end on several tours, so we assess what happens now for the likes of Curtis Luck, Cam Davis, Brett Coletta and others in coming weeks. And our own Joey Charlton has tracked down Charlie Robbins, Australia's newest Ninja Warrior! Hosts Andy Maher, Mark Hayes and Matt Cutler also marvel at the extraordinary story of Women's British Open champ Hinako Shibuno who stunned the world in wrapping up the LPGA Tour's major season with a breathtaking win. In an eclectic episode #113, we revel in the feats of Australia's "Golfing Ninja", Charlie Robbins and the fiasco around Lexi Thompson's passport between European majors. Co-hosts Andy Maher, Mark Hayes and Jo Charlton marvel at Brooks Koepka's training regime, before regular guest and lateral thinker Bryden Macpherson goes one step further and questions exactly how many "hard-working" lies have been told by the game's elite through history. We also touch base with Porter Cup winner Aiden Didone, and acknowledge separate amazing feats by Aussies Dave McKenzie and Geoff Nicholas at the Senior British Open.

There have been many moving moments around the late Jarrod Lyle on ITR and today we add to that list with a great and frank chat with his wife, Briony Lyle. As the launch of Jarrod's book nears, host Andy Maher turns the mic on co-hosts and joint authors of that book, Mark Hayes and Martin Blake, who along with Briony share some funny and emotional insights into the book's inner workings. We also turn the spotlight on the Open Championship, the enormous success that it was for not only Shane Lowry, but Northern Ireland and Ireland more broadly; this also includes a particularly critical assessment of JB Holmes' slow play. There's also a string of great results in the United States, not least of which was the epic finale of the time-honoured North & South Amateur at Pinehurst fought out between Melbourne's Gabi Ruffels and Sydney's Doey Choi.

On episode #111, it's Open Championship week, and we look at all the Australian chances as the fabled, old tournament goes back to Northern Ireland for the first time since 1951. Our own man on the spot Justin Falconer has exclusive interviews for ITR with Queenslanders Cameron Smith, who expresses his love for Royal Portrush, and with Jake McLeod, the 24-year-old having his first Open Championship start. Meanwhile Blakey talks us through the ins and outs of 'Open Championship' versus 'British Open' and admits he finds the proper name a little pretentious. We also talk to Sport Australia's Andrew Larratt about funding of golf and the way forward for the game from the Federal Government's perspective.

On episode #110, we finally track down Won Joon Lee and chat to one of the great mystery men in Australian golf after his epic win in the Korean PGA Championship. We also touch base with Matt Cutler fresh from the high performance camp in Texas where Minjee Lee made her first appearance in a spanking new Porsche! We touch base with all the Aussie results, the meteoric rise of Matthew Wolff, our love of Irish and Scottish links and the important pay rise for competitors in the Women's British Open.

On Episode 109 the legends of Australian golf keep coming, with 9-time PGA Tour winner Stuart Appleby in studio! The Victorian joins Andy Maher, Ali Whitaker and Mark Hayes as we recap Nate Lashley's incredible PGA Tour win at the weekend, wins from Aussies Won Joon Lee and Maverick Antcliff at the weekend and where his own game sits as he takes aim at the Champions Tour.
