I first saw The Leadership Ladder during a clinic presentation by Gregg Brandon, then the head coach at Bowling Green State University. Coach Parker was a former offensive lineman for Ferris State and joined the staff in 2016. Ferris State had one of the top Division II offenses and finished the season Division II's national runner-up.
