Duda has been head coach at Lackawanna since 1994 and has produced over 370 Division I athletes, including 15 who went on to sign NFL deals. Duda played in the NFL for five years as a defensive lineman under a couple of great NFL defensive coaches in Floyd Peters and Jim Johnson. Coach has been named Northeast Football Conference Coach of the Year on four different occasions and is currently the active leader among coaches in the NJCAA in wins, ranking No. 12 all-time. On today’s Coach and Coordinator podcast, guest host Chris Vasseur sits down with Dante Bartee, a grad assistant at the University of California. Despite being only 23 years of age, Bartee has been coaching for six years. He spent two years helping with film analysis, the scout team and scouting during his junior and senior year at Perry High School (Ariz.). In 2014, Perry added Bartee to the coaching staff and in his second season, at only age 19, he became a co-defensive coordinator, a role he’d solely own over the next two seasons. In 2018, Coach Bartee was the linebacker coach for the Upper Iowa Peacocks. Bartee joins the podcast today for part two of the conversation on the Cover 7 defense.  All In On Offense- Distorting the Defense with Univ. of Buffalo OC Andy Kotelnicki | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 01:25:53

Today’s guest on the Coach and Coordinator podcast is Andy Kotelnicki, offensive coordinator at the University of Buffalo (N.Y.). Currently in his fifth season at Buffalo, Kotelnicki worked with the quarterbacks during his first two years with the Bulls before turning to the running backs two seasons ago. Offensively in 2017, Kotelnicki led Buffalo to a No. 2 ranking in the Mid-American Conference in yards per game and set a school record for total offense in a single season. Kotelnicki has coached three All-MAC players and helped quarterback Tyree Jackson set the school record for passing yards thrown by a freshman. Prior to Buffalo, Kotelnicki coached at the NCAA Division III level for two years at Wisconsin-Whitewater, serving as their offensive coordinator. The two years Kotelnicki was there, Wisconsin-Whitewater went a combined 28-0. Kotelnicki also had offensive assistant coaching stints at D-II University of Mary (Bismarck, N.D.), his alma mater University of Wisconsin-River Falls and Western Illinois.
