Arruza has been at the helm of RM for 15 years and has overhauled the program into one of the more successful D-III programs in the country. In 2018, he guided the Yellow Jackets to an ODAC Championship and a 9-3 overall record, which included a win over No. 8 ranked John Carroll in the first round of the NCAA Division III Playoffs.
