This week’s guest on the Movers and Shakers podcast is Chad King. Chad is a full time real estate investor. He began college as a finance major and got a job at Xerox in sales. Chad chose to go into real estate full time in 2017. In 2019, he was involved in 168 deals in five different markets. In July of 2019, Chad joined the Jake and Gino Community. Three months after joining the community, he closed his first multi-family deal, a 16 unit in Nashville, TN.
