Premiere: The Element - Morphius (Original Mix) | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 00:06:17

♫ Read More ♫: http://www.deephouseamsterdam.com/premiere-element-morphius-original-mix/ Maltese X-Man The Element lands on Engrave Ltd with a release that includes remixes from the Italian duo VII Circle and Sicilian DJ/Producer Musumeci. The original mix is dominated by an obscure pulsating beat and brass combo, culminating into a dramatic break just in time to breath before the final ride. Andrea Vallisneri and Andrea Casari under their VII Circle moniker turns Morphius into an even darker and more hypnotic atmosphere giving back a deeper perspective of the main hook. Finally Musumeci pushes things towards more progressive and melodic territories adding a hell of an arpeggio he found behind the texture of original version. Morphius will be available August 5th via Engrave LTD.

Premiere: OFF feat. Sven Väth - Electrica Salsa (Henrik Schwarz Dub) | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 00:08:36

♫ Read More ♫: http://www.deephouseamsterdam.com/premiere-off-feat-sven-vath-electrica-salsa-henrik-schwarz-dub/ Oh boi. The impeccable Henrik Schwarz redubbing Sven Väth's classic 'Electrica Salsa' - a truly remarkable feat. The track was first released back in 1986, when Sven (at the age of 21) was a member of Frankfurt project OFF, alongside Michael Münzing and Luca Anzilotti. ‘Electrica Salsa (Baba Baba)’ changed the face of electronic music in European pop culture, achieving top three success in France, Austria and Germany at a time when dance music was still regarded as an underground movement from Detroit and Chicago. 30 years later, Sven enlisted Henrik Schwarz and Roman Flügel to provide remixes of the track. Best known for his work on Innervisions, !K7, and Defected Records, and acting as one half of the acclaimed duo Schwarzmann alongside Frank Weidemann - Schwarz has dedicated almost his entire life to electronic music production. The atmosphere created in his newly formed Electrica Salsa is one with gated reverberated snares and percussive hits, little melodic stabs, and sneaky space synths to what makes one feel as if they are inside the Mos Eisley cantina... with Sven Väth whispering in your ears. You can check out the original at the link above. Electrica Salsa will be available July 25th via Cocoon.

His 2015 Battery Park EP was one of the most-played records, showcasing the fine-tuned talent he so easily possesses.  Kenny Glasgow - DHA Mixtape #217 | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 01:02:16

♫ Read More ♫: http://www.deephouseamsterdam.com/mix-217-kenny-glasgow/ With only two weeks on the clock for his 10-track EP release 'Circus Tales', Canadian electronic music pioneer Kenny Glasgow provides a warmly-defined electro-machina mix of sound. After spending the last 5 years as half the acclaimed duo Art Department, Glasgow has returned to his solo roots - functioning as a musical engineer, music composer, lyricist, and vocalist. Glasgow immersed himself into the scene by acting as a promoter, putting on illicit warehouse parties in his native Toronto before progressing to become a resident at the acid house meccas The Buzz and Industry Nightclub. It was here where he picked up his sense of the dance floors, permuting his experiences into his own trademark - emotively tortured sounds with unique gravelly vocals and textured synths. As such, his forthcoming LP 'Circus Tales' will bare these trademarks, as will the upcoming music he'll be releasing under a new label run by himself and Mr White - Social Experiment. Taking it's name from the club nights and mix series No.19 Music had overseen, the label plans to curate only the most compelling focuses in club music.

Premiere: Silk 86 Vs Blamma! Blamma! - Never Think (Original Mix) | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 00:08:48

♫ Read More ♫: http://www.deephouseamsterdam.com/premiere-silk-86-vs-blamma-blamma-never-think-original-mix/ London-centric beatmakers Silk 86 and Blamma! Blamma! go back to back on a project via Emotive Records - launching off the label's first edition. Composed of Finn Casey and Thomas L, Silk 86 kick off this new joint venture with a limited edition vinyl press. Having cut their teeth over the last decade DJing, promoting and being intoxicated in the metamorphic underground scene of East London, these Londoners remain resolute in disregarding genres in favour of incorporating their eclectic musical backgrounds. Blamma! Blamma! have a history of making deep, disco-fied tracks and remixes with releases on labels including Eskimo, Deleted, Kitsune and The Walls Have Ears. In a neat twist, Finn Casey also comprises one half of Blamma! Blamma! – the other member being London to Brooklyn exile Nick DC (both pictured here), who helps run Emotive Records along with Finn and Tom L. 'Never Think' sets the tone for which the title stands - a steamy, muted club disco cut with subterranean basslines, filtered vocal samples, and a layer of classy percussion which rides over the top - free in style. The record's classic house aesthetics have already received praise from key figures such as the one and only Laurent Garnier, Studio Barnhus's Axel Boman, French electronica chess-master Agoria, and Brooklyn house-scene don Jacques Renault.

 Premiere: Exercise One - timetrap (2016) | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 00:06:47

♫ Read More ♫: http://www.deephouseamsterdam.com/premiere-exercise-one-timetrap-original-mix/ Berlin’s cult techno duo Exercise One release their newest 12” featuring 3 tracks. One track is reminiscent of the past, one track gazes at the future, and a final time defying remix by Locked Groove. Spending their early years absorbed in the goth culture and IDM scene, Exercise One (aka Marco Frievogel and Ingo Gansera) takes a playful approach to techno - one that spans the vibrance of the Kreuzberg DIY punk vibe. Marco and Ingo met in Berlin while they both worked for !K7 and began to play together, experimenting and producing. They've gone on starting up their own label Lan Muzic (with releases from Donato Dozzy, Peter Van Hoesen and Philip Sherburne) and released off other labels such as Mobilee Records, Mater, Dumb Unit, Soniculture and more. ‘Timetrap' was originally a dark horse sitting on Exercise One's back catalog. They decided to go back to the original idea of the track to see where they could take it. After a few sessions in the studio, the staccato groove and eerie hook of the original is now alive within a much more powerful and demanding surrounding. Also featured on the record is '502 last sequence' - a flashing, disintegrated, battery-acid leaking track which perfectly displays their fun-voyeur approach to dark techno. Time Trap EP will be available July 15th via Exone.
