Stephen Munson has been a 6 figure earner in network marketing in 2 previous companies and still earns residual income from them. He’s also been a peak performance coach and then the right hand man to the co-owner of a MLM company, David Sharpe. Today, Stephen uses his real life story of how he overcame 16 years of addiction… over a decade of poverty… and other personal tragedies to help others achieve more in life. He started his entrepreneur career at the age of 5 selling pancakes and orange juice to later on owning a modeling agency and then to even things like selling marijuana. Along his turbulent journey, Stephen also encountered MLM. He built a successful network marketing business and it helped me on his path to recovery. He worked hard and eventually got a degree in finance and started a career in the financial services sector but when the Zimbabwe economy collapsed, he was forced into MLM at the age of 24. After building the business consistently for 4 years, Tendai hit 6 figures in 2009 and has been earning a 6 figure income every year since then. He’s received numerous awards from his company including profit shares, winning the House Fund award and also winning 4 cars as well. Tendai is currently a 1 Star Director and a global speaker.

At 24 years old, she left for Los Angeles to pursue a career in film. She eventually ended up starting a booking agency for DJs but soon got tired of it because she felt she wasn’t making an impact in the world by just partying. Arin was also broke and living paycheck to paycheck and got so burnt out that she quit everything and moved to Santa Barbara to be with her mom. It was during this tough time that Arin discovered network marketing. Even though she didn’t have much upline support and was on government financial assistance, Arin consumed personal development and learned what it took to be successful. Today, Arin is a Blue Diamond leader and a 6 figure earner. What drives Arin today is her goal to inspire the youth to go after their dreams and help them understand that if they set their mind to something, they can achieve it.

Adam and Michelle Carey from adamandmichellecarey.com are a young dynamic couple who quit their full time jobs thanks to network marketing. This dynamic duo is also only the second guest who has appeared on MLM Nation more than once. They gave an amazing training on episode 86. The impressive thing is Don has been with the same company the entire time and his income has increased every single year. He’s built a global organization in different continents and is a Million Dollar Club member. Don lives in Pennsylvania with his wife Lisa and 3 kids.

After giving up a career in commercial aviation in the 90’s to pursue a future in networking marketing, Shawn Gray, along with his wife (Carmen) just celebrated their 20th anniversary in MLM. Shawn and Carmen have worked with two different companies over those 20 years and have focused much of their efforts the past six years living/working in Asia building their global team. In their current company they have received awards as the Distributors of the Year, Leaders of the Year and Global Ambassadors. Kim Ha Campbell is a multiple 6 figure MLM leader, an inspirational speaker, a life and business coach, a best selling author and the founder of the InnerPeace OuterAbundance movement. When we asked Annette to describe herself, she said the best way to introduce her is not by her accomplishments because that’s what she did and not who she is. Annette is an avid chaser of all things joyful, a lover of looking for positive opportunities in the dark times of life, a mom of 4 kids and a seeker of passions. And in terms of what she did… Annette Knopf is a 4 Star Director and a full time leader at her MLM company. She was able to reach that level in just 16 months.

Kevin Marino has been a lifelong entrepreneur, has owned numerous traditional businesses and is a top MLM leader. In the early 90s, Kevin found network marketing and has been a top earner and also a national trainer and consultant for multiple companies. Kevin took a 6 year break from the industry but when he experienced the harsh reality of the real estate market crash in 2008-2009, he decided to return to MLM. Kevin became the Master Distributor of a company where he became a 7 figure earner and built a team of 146,000 people in just 3 1/2 years. Kevin has served on the board of ANMP (The Association of Network Marketing Professionals) for two years and is a ton of fun. I love his direct approach and at the same time how he can make you laugh. Kevin is also one of the few people who I’ve met who has been a Master Distributor more than once.

Asides from being a top MLM leader at her company, Babette Teno is a mother, nutritionist, an entrepreneur, a coach, a writer and a speaker. She does a lot of outreach and volunteer work, and is currently forming a Non-Profit Organization to provide tools, training and resources for women who have been abused. Babette was first introduced to Network Marketing 20 years ago. Without any experience or success to speak of, she was re-introduced nearly 3 years ago. Since then, Babette quickly became one of the top women in her network marketing company while building her business part-time, serving as a Director at a Health Sciences University; working and commuting 16 hours a day!
