Charles Test is part of the Ragtime Racers, a group the racer Brian Blain put together where he runs Blain Motorsports Foundation. There Charles helps research the various automobiles they restore. Charles is the great-grandson of Charles E. Test, one of the founders of the National Motor Vehicle Company in Indianapolis, Indiana in 1900-1924. He graduated from the Minneapolis College of Art & Design in 1978 and lives in Minneapolis.
