Summary: Mike Tilson is the Chief Judge at the Inaugural Chattanooga Motorcar Festival taking place October 11 – 12 at the Westin Hotel and Chattanooga’s West Village. He is also the Founder and Chairman of the Radnor Hunt Concours d' Elegance, now in its 23rd year. He is Chief Judge at the Carmel Concours on the Avenue and as a member of the International Chief Judges Advisory Group ( ICJAG ) Mike judges at many major Concours events in the US, Canada, and Europe.
