We talk about what worker owned cooperatives are, how a non-profit starts for profits, what each of the businesses do, and how they impact the communities they serve.

Greg owns Basketeria, the West Side Market’s only organic-focused produce stand. Greg and his family have a unique history, Greg’s dad Greg has worked at the market for 44 years, and before that, his great uncle worked there for quite a while too.
