To carry a vision from birth to fruition, a leader must be full of conviction for this vision. Howard Hendricks captured it well when he said ‘A belief is something you will argue about. A conviction is something you will die for’. Bishop Eddy continues to groom leaders at his Leadership Summit, stirring up strong convictions for the call and purposes of God. Much fruitfulness is borne in ministry and business as we pursue our goals with unrelenting faith and passion.
Though Jesus Christ secured for us power over all the works of the devil, each of us must come to the realization of the truth in Luke 16:16 KJV (The law and the prophets were until John: since that time the kingdom of God is preached, and every man presseth into it.). Preached by the renowned international evangelist Bishop Dag Heward-Mills, we learn the vital lesson that tenacious pursuit will bring to manifestation all these precious and great promises of God for the redeemed.

Indeed most victories chalked in history are attributed to the leaders. It is therefore prudent to embrace the wisdom of cherishing and protecting our leaders. Bishop Eddy works to imbibe this heart of honoring our leaders as we ourselves work our way to leadership. The simple principle says we cannot be what we do not celebrate. If we do not give ourselves to honoring aright our leaders, we have dented seriously our chances of being great too.

The Church: My Beautiful Family (How To Enjoy The Church) ~ Latter Rain Service
The ability to maintain morale distinguishes those who go the whole journey from those who throw in the towel half way into the journey. Let us learn from Jesus, of whom the scripture says “… for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God” (Hebrews 12:2). Evidently, Jesus inherited the promise of the Father by keeping faith over the long haul. We must follow the example of the author and finisher of our faith. Enjoy Bishop Eddy as he helps us along the path.
The condition of the heart determines, to a great extent, the type and effectiveness of one’s ministry. Because of how crucial our heart is, the Bible admonishes us to” guard it with all diligence”. Every church worker and minister needs to plug into this rejuvenating series on the shepherd’s heart. For those who have grown weary, stale and discouraged in the Lord's work, here is divine wisdom to examine the cause of it all: our heart.
The relationship between a pastor and a church member is best characterized by the relationship of a shepherd and his sheep. We see in Psalm 23, the wonderful benefits of a sheep who recognizes and relates with his shepherd: there is provision for needs and protection from evil. Learn from an anointed and experienced shepherd, Bishop Eddy, how to connect and stay under the authority of the special minister God has blessed you with. This relationship is among the many provisions of God for his people in the church family.

The crucial role of a founder in spearheading a new vision, ministry or company should never be belittled. The responsibility of birthing and sustaining these visions is so great that, once accomplished the greater and most difficult part of the work is done. Bishop Eddy encourages us to honour the founder(s) in our lives by demonstrating gratitude in words and in deed.
An outstanding sermon in every sense, Bishop Eddy continues his hearty campaign in persuading us to love and enjoy our membership in God’s family: the Church. He explains that church is endeared to us as we recognize it as a home, or a country to which we belong. We also develop strong ties to the church as we cultivate life-long relationships with church members.
