The Subs check out Part 2 of the Justice League United Future’s End story as a formerly Lost Legionnaire makes his triumphant return to the Justice League… wait… what? Captain Atom has gone bad, and Hank Hall is nowhere to be found.

The Subs are all back in the Fortress to talk about the latest appearance of the Legion, well, at least ONE of them, in Justice League United Future’s End #1. Also, Scott and Darren recount their convention exploits, or lack thereof at FanExpo and DragonCon respectively.

It’s back to the Time Bubble once again. After hearing about the beginning of the Threeboot from Mark Waid and Barry Kitson in 2010, the Subs travel a bit farther back in time to 2009, where they hear about the end of the Threeboot from Francis Manapul. Sit back, bring a snack and pour yourself a drink. This is a long one, in which you’ll hear about The Flash, the Legion, working with Jim Shooter and how to survive the Zombie Apocalypse.

Everybody talks about how often the Legion has been rebooted. What goes into doing such a thing. The Subs hopped into the time bubble to talk to three guys who know a bit about rebooting the Legion, because they’ve all done it! From May 2010, Matt speaks with Chris Sprouse about a variety of topics, including redesigning the Legion’s costumes. From June 2010, Scott and Paul talk to Barry Kitson about redesigns, and recalibrating the Legion, as well as his time on L.E.G.I.O.N. Then, it’s a full house, as all four Subs are joined by Mark Waid, from September 2010, who talks about his time in Legion fandom, how he rebooted the Legion not once, but twice, and where it all went wrong.

Darren and Paul dig deep into the final issue of Crisis on Infinite Earths. It’s a big one, and there are many deaths, as well as many tangents. Pour yourself a drink and join in the fun… and the carnage!

The Subs follow the Legion, or at least a small part of it, as they go after the killer of Chemical King. Also, comics go up in price, from 30 cents to 35 cents. Fanboy rage ensues.

The Subs bid farewell to Chemical King, as they review stories from DC Special 28 and Superboy and the Legion of Super Heroes 228. Darren is sad, the rest of the Subs mock him mercilessly. All is right with the world.

Darren and Paul take a look at Crisis on Infinite Earths 11, as the heroes of many Earths try to figure out where they stand in the Earth that is left!

The Subs take a look at Superboy and the Legion of Super Heroes issue 227, in which Brainy betrays the Legion, or does he? Also, some further discussion on Jeff Lemire’s upcoming Legion crossover.

Darren and Paul dig into Crisis on Infinite Earths 10. While the Spectre challenges the Anti-Monitor, the Subs learn that the greatest foe may be the colourist of the series!

The Subs celebrate 300 episodes, by taking a look back at the things that made the show what it is, and also take a look at what might have been…

With Monkey Boy trapped in deep space, the remaining Subs must do everything they can to stave off the impending doom (Dooooooooooommmmmm) of Episode 300. In desperation, they turn to the Planetary Chance Machine to help them decide what story to cover. What will it be? Not even the Subs know!

Matt and Scott share their top 5 Time Travel stories/series. Also, the guys discuss feedback from the first Time Travel episode.

Cher joins the Legion! Just kidding. Cher wishes she had an outfit as cool as Dawnstar’s. The gang’s all here as the Subs dig into the debut of Dawnstar!
