On this episode: Some thoughts on Saturday's debate between the MDGOP candidates for Governor, including the Lollar/Timmerman ticket debating their own position on marijuana decriminilization; I spoke weeks ago that Center Maryland's Laslo Boyd got it totally wrong in his recitation of our nation's history of public prayer.Today, the Supreme Court decided I was right and affirm religious expression by public officials at public meetings.  We'll discuss. With the announcement of the new Anne Arundel County budget, the race for county executive has heated up.  But how have county council candidates reacted and what does it say about those races? I will share some feedback from my piece on the petition drive regarding the "Bathroom Bill"; and we open the "Nut Ball Box" to discuss the insanity of the animal rights movement and I share a piece from Wesley J. Smith's brilliant Human Exceptionalism Blog for National Review Online.

A follow up to our discussion last week about our cultural obsession with pets. Having solved all of our human based problems, I share some new Maryland laws designed to protect your fur babies. And, in yet another sign of the impending apocalypse, our society has descended to the point where the President of the United States feels comfortable wearing flip-flops in public. (Program #014) Did things slow down after the end of the General Assembly Session? Not so much. The election season is now in overdrive, with candidates debating & grabbing media attention, bills getting signed, and both candidates & parties fundraising. Tonight we'll hear from people attending a debate last week, and a bill-signing this week. We'll also hear from some candidates at a local Central Committee fundraiser, and listen to some remarks from the head of the Republican National Committee, Reince Priebus. Among those we hear from are Dan Bongino, Ron George, David Craig, Charles Loller, Boyd Rutherford, Doug Gansler, Anthony Brown, Martin O'Malley, Michael Busch, Curt Anderson, Eric Knowles, and more.
