Call of Duty - Soldier Movies | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: Unknown

This week the podcast takes a serious look at how movies portray the life of a solider.  We run a little long because we talk about the many aspects of a military life portrayed on the big screen throughout the years, and ask tough questions like:Are all soldier movies simply vehicles for making a modern political point?Did Saving Private Ryan make this generation the most prepared for war ever?Is the a quintessential movie about the American Civil War that gets to what life was really like in the 1860s, plus much more.In addition, this podcast launches our month of iTunes.  All April we will be asking you, our loyal listeners, to rate us on iTunes (honestly) to help spread the word about the show.  Take a minute to leave us some stars (especially five) on iTunes.
