Did you know there are legal migrant shepherds eking out a living in the high plains of Colorado? Ricardo Ariza, director of Creighton's office of Multicultural Affairs discusses a recent trip he took with students to meet these shepherds. Ariza runs an annual spring break trip called the Migrant Journey Service Learning Project, which is carried out in collaboration with the Catholic Migrant Farmworker Network.
