It's surreal and wonderful to behold for a long time fan who never thought he would see this day. In the second half Jeff reflects on the long journey to this point for himself. The Denver Nuggets prevailed over the Miami Heat in Game 3, 109-94. The Nuggets didn't exactly "adjust" to the Heat. Did everything they always have ... just did it better than the 4th quarter of game 2. Jeff talks about how Jokic, Murray and Braun came through for the Nuggets and how the Heat look different when they don't hit every shot. In the second half of the podcast Jeff talks about how the NBA is yes, lazy and they want players to go out and get their own endorsements and advertising ... but on the flip side the league desperately WANTS to promote Jokic and he kind of just doesn't want to be promoted. Which create this issue. The best player in the league and the league he plays in don't know how to benefit each other.Enjoy the show!

The Nuggets lost at home for the first time in these playoffs in a three point loss to the Miami Heat in game 2. In the grand scheme of things it took a massive effort and near perfect 4th quarter to beat the Nuggets so one shouldn't be too worried about the result. However, the post game presser's by Jeff Green and Michael Malone served as a contrast and Jeff talks about how Malone's hot headedness is the worst part of his coaching and how you shouldn't listen to his post game pressers but pay close attention to his post practice and pre game pressers. The overreliance on athletes getting endorsements has hit the "immovable object" of Nikola Jokic. He just refuses to do so. The league needs to get creative with the best player in the game.
